Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage is a traditional technique of manipulating soft tissue in the shoulders and scalp. A range of pressures and rhythms are used to stimulate the neck, shoulders, head and face. The main aim of Indian head massage is to soothe the mind and body by releasing the stress that has accumulated in the joints, muscles and tissues.

Many people have Indian head massage for particular reasons such as relieve stress, tension, fatigue, insomnia, headaches, sinusitis, others have it simply because they want to relax and unwind. People say that the Indian Head Massage experience is deeply calming and relaxing.

Ear Candling

This ancient therapy has been practised for centuries. Many people find it a very relaxing therapy. Ear candling may help with many ear and nose disorders. It will not, as some people believe, draw out impacted ear wax. What it may do is help soften the wax so that the body, over time, eliminates it naturally. For safety reasons only high quality candles with filters are used so nothing can enter the ear.
